RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want to earn your business and we know that things don’t always work out. We are a small family business and that means developing a long term relationship is more important to us than one individual purchase. It also means that we get to use common sense when it comes to setting our policies! Customer are the most important people, and we are very people focused.
KC LUXE LIFE will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn and unwashed, original tags attached and please no makeup stains.
Please ensure the contents of your return matches the return packing slip generated for your package. Do not include additional items not listed.
Of course we would prefer to process and exchange for a more suitable item or even a store credit so we might be able to offer something else later that may interest you. Although Store credit never expires and is issued instantly once your return is accepted, we also understand that there are simply times when our customers may prefer a full refund back to the original payment source. That’s fine with us too, we just like to try our best to create happy customers. Just let us know which method works best for you!

- All Accessories (Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Belts & Handbags)
- Any Original Shipping Charges

Simply send an email to shop@shopkcluxe.com and put return in the subject line along with your order number. Please tell us the reason for return and we will reply with a return shipping label.
Please read the below for more information on eligible returns:
- All original tags must be attached and clothing must not be worn.
- Online or in-store returns must have the original receipt.
- All jewelry, undergarments, marked down items & sale items, and accessories are non-refundable and FINAL sale.
- All swimwear must be tried on with underwear and a protective liner. If the liner is removed, a refund will not be issued
- Items in poor or damaged condition are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Include all original packaging
- Merchandise returned outside of the return window will not be accepted
- Swimwear will only be issued a refund with all tags attached and panty liners intact.
EXCESSIVE RETURNS:
If you have an excessive amount of returns we will start applying a variable 15-20% restocking fee to your credit. If we feel it is becoming overly excessive, we will review your account at that time and we will make the decision to refuse service to you moving forward.
